Oklahoma Gov. Commutes Julius Jones’ Death Sentence Hours Before Execution

On Thursday the governor of Oklahoma commuted the death sentence of Julius Jones just hours before his scheduled execution. Jones was convicted of killing a man during a 1999 carjacking, but his supporters waged a massive campaign for clemency. NBC national correspondent Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY.
